After careful consideration and strategic planning, the board has decided to integrate a Managing Director into our leadership team to enhance our operational effectiveness.
Up until now, Syntio has been exclusively led by the founders and sole owners, Davorin Cetto and Tomislav Domanovac.
While the Board members will continue to contribute their invaluable guidance at a high level, the newly appointed Managing Director will take the lead in day-to-day operations.
We’re thrilled to announce that Martina Mandic, Syntio’s Head of Professional Services, will take over the position in a newly established leadership role. Since the aim is to enhance Syntio’s visibility and presence in Northern Europe where further expansion is on the horizon, this strategic move places us in an optimal position to discover new opportunities and establish new connections within these regions through the restructured organizational framework. By entrusting the daily operations to the newly appointed management role, we ensure efficiency in execution.
