Business Challenge
Our client, a NatCo of a leading European telecom, embarked on a digital transformation journey to replace 30+ OSS/BSS legacy IT systems with new best-of-breed billing, CRM and asset management solutions. Syntio was asked to migrate data from legacy to the new systems while maintaining data integrity and improving data quality.
Our Approach
We applied best practice methodology suitable for complex data migrations and rolled out the project in six phases over the course of two years. All the required data was migrated from legacy to new systems through five rollouts. The quality of data was significantly improved, and the data was made available for downstream use. Our client was operational from day one.
