The Financial Times (FT 1000) listed us among the fastest growing European companies – we are ranked 225th on this prestigious list, while in the IT sector exclusively, Syntio is on the 55th place in Europe, and on the 1st place in Croatia, with an estimated growth of 673.74% in the period between 2017 and 2020.
The companies included proved to be resilient to changes in market due to corona virus, which had a significant effect to companies with international clients, like Syntio. Despite the beginning of pandemic, we managed to continue our track record of organic growth. The FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies is a list created using a complex methodology and the result is a list of 1 000 companies in Europe with the highest percentage growth from 2017 to 2020.
We believe that the key to the growth is investing in upskilling our employees, as a way to keep track with the newest technologies on the market, as well as business and leadership skills. This way we become more competitive in the market, both for clients and employees, current and potential.
Our expectations for the continuation of this organic growth are supported by the number of new employees, when we ended 2021. with 90 employees and office space on two floors in one of the city’s recognizable high-raises. Our commitment and ambition of becoming a successful data engineering company brought us a new recognition and we couldn’t be more proud!
